Notice Period
- Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within this window may incur a fee or forfeit a deposit.
Fees & Charges
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows often result in a 100% charge or loss of future booking privileges.
